Dave,
I just wanted to let you know how greatful we are that we took a chance on you and listed our house in the Hills. We simply cannot believe the level work you put into marketing and finding a buyer. We saw more activity in the 2 months it was listed with you, than the entire year it was listed with the other company.
Unfortunately, since it had been listed for so long previously with whom we were told was the “top agent” we were a bit skeptical and happily you proved us wrong.
Anyway, you have renewed our faith in realtors (well..at least one realtor ) and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You will always have our loyalty and the highest recommendation to all of our friends.

I expected the whole “finding the perfect house” thing to be a long process and frankly was scared to death when we found my house in such a short time. I really had my doubts and thought that maybe I really hadn’t searched enough. It’s now a year later and I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am with my home. Through you’re recommendation, I have now installed an incredible Home Theater System and find myself never wanting to leave the comfort of my home. David, you have greatly enhanced the quality of my life, not only from an emotional comfort level but additionally, knowing that my investment is now worth over 25% more only 1 year later makes me sleep much better in the “home of my dreams” I will always be in your debt.
